Mary Rose (direct line 226-747-6189) is a registered OT specializing in return-to-work related assessments and services. She provides the following assessments:

Cognitive and Physical Functional Capacity Evaluations Ergonomic Assessments
Job Demands Analyses and Workplace Accommodation

Ms. Hackbart also provides OT intervention through job coaching, cognitive rehabilitation, mental health counselling and is certified to provide the PGAP. She has completed additional training in concussion management, CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy and exposure therapy.

MODC provides a comprehensive range of specialized assessments and rehabilitation services focused on the unique and complex needs of people with disabilities.

People with disabilities may experience challenges in finding meaningful employment due to various health conditions, physical impairments, functional decline, as well as changes to cognitive and psychological status.

Assessments are conducted to help evaluate clients’ capacity for work, as well as assist with vocational and rehabilitation planning.
