I have been working as a mental health therapist for 8+ years. I have a deep appreciation for how the nervous system regulates to process emotions. After processing those emotions, there is both an embodied (felt sense) and cognitive foundation to integrate healthier beliefs and more satisfying engagement in the world. I offer a variety of the therapies such as: Hakomi Mindfulness Somatic Psychotherapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and the Flash technique.
