Description

I’m an occupational therapist and psychotherapist based in Toronto.  As a queer person of colour, my practice is grounded in anti-oppression, anti-racism and harm reduction frameworks. 

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, collaboration and non-judgment. I strive to cultivate a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts and emotions, feel seen and heard. I work primarily within a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness based framework to address various mental health challenges.
