Experienced treating clients with orthopedic injuries, Acquired Brain Injuries (mild traumatic brain injuries to severe brain injuries), mental health impairments (depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder), and chronic pain. Performs functional assessments, including in-home assessments, attendant care (Form 1) assessments, and worksite assessments Experienced with return to work planning
