I am an Occupational Therapist and ADHD Rehabilitation Services Provider (ADHD-RSP) who specializes in ADHD and mental health. I have honed my skills in providing high quality care to individuals dealing with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and various mental health conditions. Throughout my career, I have become skilled in applying cognitive-behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, exposure therapy, somatic exercises and mindfulness practices to every day activities. My approach is always client-centred and holistic.
