Connect is a multidisciplinary clinic located in the heart of the Allendale community of Edmonton.

We provide injury rehabilitation and prevention, exercise education, and performance training. Whatever your current condition, we can help you reduce your pain, restore your daily function, improve your overall health, prevent injury, and optimize your individual or team performance.

We have a variety of top-of-the-line equipment including free weights, barbells, power racks, and cardio equipment, as well as plenty of open movement space.
