Description
Compass OT founder, Nazly Abtahi, will collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers, including your doctor, to develop individualized treatment goals utilizing the self-management model of living with chronic illness, disabilities or injuries. Nazly believes in empowering her clients with the tools they need to be able to gain more control over their life. She will also advocate for you to receive the care you require to recover. Most importantly, Nazly will use your goals and meaningful activities to improve your engagement and participation in life.
