With over 10 years of experience as a therapist, I support individuals, couples, and groups using a trauma-informed approach that blends somatic practices, mindfulness, and ACT. As the founder of Cedulify, I design workshops and tools rooted in occupational science to help people restore balance, manage stress, and reconnect with what matters most. My work is grounded in compassion, creativity, and the belief that healing happens through meaningful, everyday actions.

Summary

We strive to provide comprehensive and anti-oppressive functional, neurocognitive and mental health services to adults of all ages and their loved-ones, with specific expertise in providing support to university students, persons seeking functional rehabilitation, the elderly population and equity-deserving groups. We practice critical allyship and aim to provide trauma-informed care.
