Description
Nicole graduated from Queen’s University with a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2011 and Ottawa University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics. She currently works with clients with a variety of injuries and illnesses including, depression, PTSD, chronic pain and anxiety. She provides assessment and treatment related to pain management, return to work planning, mindfulness training, relaxation, support with activity planning, goal setting to assist with activation and using activities to improve mood and function.
