I am an Occupational Therapist providing mental health counselling and psychotherapy. I have more than 12 years of experience supporting adults who are struggling with trauma, addiction, and mental illness. I offer free 15-minute new client consultations by phone or online-video to determine if we are the best match for your needs. Regular appointments are available in the evening by online-video and in-person appointments are on Saturday mornings.
