Description

Jessica is an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about supporting individuals with  behavioural and emotional regulation challenges by helping them build a strong sense of self, connection, and confidence. Jessica is always aiming to incorporate unique values, culture, and life experiences into daily occupations by ensuring therapy is both meaningful and respectful of their identity. 

When not working as an Occupational Therapist, Jessica loves staying active through recreational sports, golfing, and trying out new workout classes.

Summary

Allied Therapy is a neurodivergent-affirming allied health clinic offering speech, occupational, and behaviour therapy. Our team supports children, adults, and their families through personalized care in a warm, inclusive environment in-clinic, in the community, and virtually across Nova Scotia.
