Dr. Russell works with her patients to create personalized treatment plans based on individual health history, physical exam and laboratory testing (if necessary). Treatment may include a combination of nutrition, lifestyle counselling, acupuncture, herbal and nutritional supplementation. She has a general family practice with special focus in digestion, fertility and hormone imbalances (PMS, PCOS, peri menopause, menopause) as well as chronic fatigue and autoimmune conditions.
