Sophie provides wellness-focused care to help people go beyond surviving to thriving. As a naturopath, she believes that patients can make healthy change and optimize wellness when they are empowered with the proper knowledge. She is passionate about helping women heal from thyroid disorder, hormonal imbalance, chronic fatigue and digestive complaints. Her treatments consist of dietary counselling, clinical nutrition, herbal medicine and acupuncture in combination.
