My vision of naturopathy is to identify the cause of deep imbalances to better understand them. Then, I use naturopathic techniques and tools by focusing on each person in their individuality. I use the practical side of today's science-based naturopathy and, at the same time, I am interested in its holistic dimension that includes traditional medicines. This multidisciplinary approach pushes us to reconnect more and more with ourselves.
