Dr. Sapna is a licensed naturopathic doctor and is invested in improving the health of her patients and their families. Dr. Sapna’s practice includes a variety of health concerns, but she has particular interest in patients with digestive issues, hormonal health ranging from fertility to postpartum wellbeing, perimenopause to menopause and sports performance nutrition. She empowers her patients to practice proactive and preventative health to live longer, healthier lives using evidence based testing, dietary support, lifestyle education and appropriate supplementation.
