Dr. Allison completed her Doctorate at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. Dr. Allison helps you navigate your personal health journeys using different modalities. She aims to simplify the path to your goals. Her belief is that health should not be complicated. Together you will develop daily practices that align with your long term goals, while being provided additional support in times of need. Most of your work with Dr. Allison will be sorting out what health looks like for you and removing obstacles so that you can show up for your daily life in a meaningful way.
