Dr. Alexa Birdgeneau, Naturopathic Doctor I have been described as caring, compassionate, and a quiet leader. It brings me joy to truly connect with other people, which is part of why I love my work. I have also been known to be a bit of a nerd, an artist, and an athlete. As a Naturopathic Doctor, it is my mission to guide others so that they may heal on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. The human body has an innate capacity to overcome illness and to rebalance itself, given the right conditions. When we truly listen to what our bodies need, healing can begin.
