Description

I'm accepting new clients for in-person and online sessions.

I work with adults and older teens experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic anger, and relationship issues.

I also work with men navigating isolation, relationship breakdowns, fatherhood challenges, and the difficulty of building genuine connection.

During sessions, we'll examine how past experiences influence current patterns, clarify what gives your life meaning and purpose, and develop practical strategies for managing future challenges.

I see clients in-person at my Westmount office and online.
