Her goal is to combine her motivational and lifestyle counselling skills to guide and facilitate change, along with the science of naturopathic medicine to restore and maintain optimal health. Debbie has a special interest in women’s health, anti-aging medicine and brain health (anxiety, depression, weight loss, and pain management).
