The founder of the Naturology Centre, a multi-disciplinary practice with like-minded practitioners, including a great team of registered massage therapists and other natural-based disciplines. A Naturopath, Manual Osteopath, and long-time Hypnotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience. My clients benefit from a unique holistic approach to health and wellness care guided by science and the Mind. Body. Spirit connection. Outside of the office, I recharge spending time outdoors in nature with friends & family, hiking, kayaking, camping and working on our small hobby farm.
