Summary
Life can be challenging whether dealing with work related stress or are having difficulties coping with a recent life stage change such as the birth of a child, thoughts and feelings at these times can be confusing and frustrating. At other times, our dysfunctional behaviours make us feel that there is no hope for a happy future. Short-term focused therapy and Cognitive Behavioural therapy can help us understand, predict and ultimately change our behaviour and thoughts in a way that can allow us to lead more fulfilling lives.
