My passion for natural medicine began many years ago when I had no idea what a Naturopathic Doctor was. I observed my mother battle with various ailments including chronic pain and inflammation as well as cardiovascular disease. Not only was she medicated with drugs for her symptoms, she was also given drugs for the side effects caused by her medications. The quality of her health declined each day with dependency on medications. Through caring for her, I discovered and began to appreciate naturopathic medicine.
