Hi there! My name is Stephanie Cordes (she/her) and I’m a naturopathic doctor who focuses on MENTAL HEALTH, DIGESTION, and LGBTQ+ health, offering trauma sensitive and non-judgemental care here in downtown Guelph. Mental health concerns aren't “just inside your head”. Digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, insomnia, neurotransmitter imbalances, lifestyle, genetics, and environment all have profound effects on mood and psychological health. Supporting the whole body with counselling, lifestyle, nutrition, supplements, herbs, and acupuncture can have a profound effect on our emotional health.
