In-person visit
Dr. Leah was running late, as usual, I waited about 30min for my appointment. What was disappointing was that I felt my visit was cut short when there was a knock at the door to the treatment room, and just like that my appointment ended. She got up and left. As much as I like Dr. Leah, I was very disappointed with the treatment this visit. I have never felt rushed before.
