They dont send you any correspondace right away. I actually had to request documentation that was never sent to me after a week

As this was an initial consultation, I can only rate the treatment satisfaction as middle (not good, not bad) because I have yet to see the effect of the treatment. But Dr. Liu was knowledgeable and kind and asked a host of questions to get to know my medical history and needs.
