Dr. Min believes in an integrative, evidence-based approach to get to the root of his patients health concerns. As a second generation Korean-Canadian, he experienced the effectiveness of both eastern and western medicine first-hand, and how the body has an amazing capacity to heal itself from a cellular level if given the right environment to thrive. By utilizing the many tools he gained from his extensive training in sports injuries, nutrition, lifestyle counseling, supplementation, and botanical medicine, Dr. Min strives to provide a truly integrative and individualized treatment
