Before becoming a Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Nicole completed an undergraduate degree in psychology at the Toronto Metropolitan University (previously Ryerson University). It was there that she developed a deep sense of curiosity in uncovering what truly creates wellness. Her passion for mental health expanded to include physical health, as the two are intimately connected. In order to restore balance and harmony within the body, a full systems approach is needed.
