I feel strongly about patient-centred care; it's one of the reasons I'm a naturopathic doctor. I have two goals. First, create a space where patients feel heard and honoured throughout their health journey. None of us are perfect, but we all deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. Second, in an era where aging seems to be taboo, I want a space honouring the age. How can we live with vitality, being the best version of ourselves? How can we age with grace and strength? That's what I want to help you achieve: a healthy, vital life allowing you to do the things you want to do.
