Description

My work with individuals aims to support authentic self-expression and foster empowerment. With a humanistic client-centered and trauma-informed approach, I draw from Somatic Experiencing, CBT, psychodynamic, and Gestalt therapies to best adapt to each person’s needs. I can offer support in navigating challenges such as addiction, anxiety, depression, experiences of physical, emotional or sexual abuse, trauma, life transitions, and challenging psychedelic experiences. I can also help with preparation and integration of psychedelic-assisted therapies.
