Shawna is a Licensed Acupuncturist at EASTND. She practices Cranial Sacral Therapy and emotional release techniques as well. Shawna believes wholeheartedly that the body’s innate ability to heal itself works best when balance is attained in mind, body & spirit. Acupuncture is rooted in this same philosophy as it stimulates pathways in the body to activate the connectivity of various organs and systems, guiding us toward optimal health.
