Dr. Crysana Copland, ND, is a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor. She has a B.Sc. specializing in Human Kinetics and graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2020 with a Doctor of Naturopathy. During her 4th year clinical rotation, she participated in the Sports Medicine focus shift. Dr. Copland’s clinical interests include performance in sports and life, concussion, and chronic pain, along with many other conditions. She uses nutrition and lifestyle medicine, botanical herbs, nutraceuticals, acupuncture, and more in her treatments.
