My knowledge stems from completing a four-year, full-time Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine after obtaining an Honours degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Windsor. My goal is simple: to give you the tools, knowledge and support you can trust, building a solid foundation of health, so you can move well, eat well and rest easy.
