I am an ND who is passionate about helping others to find the best means to support their health. I have a general family practice with a focus on women's health, stress management, anxiety, low mood, digestive concerns, and chronic pain. I perform physical exams including pap tests and laboratory testing to assess patients as needed. I use nutrition, vitamins, herbal remedies, acupunture as well as mindfulness based activities to help my patients foster a sense of well being.I also run retreats through my company the HOPE Approach.
