Dr. Carleigh Sturge grew up on the Eastern coast of Newfoundland and has enjoyed playing in Calgary since 2018 with her partner, dog, and twin toddlers. Carleigh is a general practitioner, with special interests in fertility support, birth work through doula care, and postpartum repletion. She stands by food as medicine (Family Supper 101) and starting with the basics to identify root causes. She believes in empowered health care, and that an ounce of prevention is truly worth a pound of cure.
