I am a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Ayurvedic Massage Therapist. I studied in India, Montreal as well as advanced studies the U.S. I have been practicing since 2011. Ayurveda (The science of life), is an ancient Indian holistic mind/body/spirit approach to health focusing on the root causes of dis-ease and illness rather than its symptoms. In massage therapy, we use specific warm herbal oils to dislodge toxins, move lymph, vital energy, and work with nervous system-related issues such as stress, anxiety, sleep and many other physical and articulation issues.
