Dr. Cardona has particular expertise in women’s health, pain management, digestive concerns, detoxification/weight loss, cosmetic medicine, and preventative healthcare. She promotes the health of her patients through a natural, individualized, and comprehensive approach. With a treatment grounded in naturopathic philosophy and evidence-based research, she uses a wide array of modalities including nutritional & botanical medicines, homeopathy, acupuncture, as well as diet and lifestyle counselling. She pursued additional training in reiki, parenteral IV therapy, and cosmetic acupuncture.
