I’m a Psychotherapist and Board-Certified Art Therapist and often work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and difficulties in interpersonal relationships. I approach clients with empathy, providing a safe space and working from a trauma-informed lens. Sessions may involve the unique process of incorporating creativity and art-making in the therapy experience, if the client is interested. The process of creating art may be used to help alleviate the pressures of verbalizing difficult content and process thoughts or feelings.
