Description
A passion for helping others led Dr Johann to Naturopathy. He practices with an evidence informed style of practice. He relies on a thorough understanding of physiology, biology and pathology. From there, he works with his patients to come up with a realistic, actionable treatment plan, that is prone to evolve over time, as his patients' health does. He uses a combination of lifestyle medicine (nutrition/diet, exercise prescription, stress management and sleep). Beyond that he uses evidence based natural compounds (vitamins, minerals, herbs), acupuncture and more.
