INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY COUNSELLING AGES: Teens (13-17), Young Adults (18-24) and Adults, Seniors Arwa has a natural ability to connect with clients using a holistic counselling approach. She helps clients to understand the essence of being present through mindfulness in order to see more clearly how personal growth is possible and attainable.

Summary
At A Holding Place, our counsellors offer individual, couple and family counselling. We work with adults, adolescents and children to help deal with a variety of issues. We offer our clients a warm, welcoming and safe space to get the support they need. No matter where you are in Newfoundland and Labrador, you can meet with one of our clinicians for telephone or video counselling sessions. We are open and we are taking new clients.
