Description

Allana graduated with honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy program in Halifax. She especially enjoyed working in the neurology and arthritis specialized clinics where she was able to help patients with a variety of conditions and abilities achieve a better quality of life. Allana has experienced treating various conditions including multiple sclerosis, osteoarthritis, whiplash, thoracic outlet syndrome, tendonitis, postural dysfunction, headaches/migraines, anxiety, and more.

Our mission is to ensure that adults achieve this by minimizing their discomfort and maximizing their strength, balance and mobility.   Our in-home and in-clinic health services and Club Z Fitness Program are focused to meet the needs of adults aged 55+.
