Hi thank you for your review! I'm sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the treatment time. I understand that every minute counts in the appointment. I usually end my treatment right on time of the appointment or I may even go over the allotted time if the patient needs it. In the industry, 60 mins appointment doesn't mean 60 mins hands on.  If you believe that I ended the treatment 5 mins early, it may be the case that we started the treatment 5 mins later. The first 5 mins of the appointment is for me to review your intake, assess, and figure out how to customize your treatment plan. This is to ensure you receive the most effective treatment!
