Sarah obtained her 3000HR Advanced Clinical Massage Diploma from Makami College in Edmonton. She is registered with the Certified Registered Massage Therapist Association, and believes in meeting her clients' needs on a case-by-case basis. Sarah focuses on sports injury and rehabilitation using deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial work, and targeted therapeutic stretches. Her interests outside of massage include cooking, rugby, hockey, and pottery.
