Valentine's passion for massage therapy is rooted in athletics and supporting active, everyday individuals. With eight years of experience in Rhythmic Gymnastics, they developed a strong interest in sports medicine, the human body’s capabilities, and how therapeutic care can enhance performance and recovery.
Valentine’s treatments are tailored to each individual’s needs, incorporating techniques such as stretching and strengthening, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular facilitation, and silicone cupping. They enjoy working with all populations and are excited to grow their practice.

Summary

Zenith Wellness Co is a massage clinic located within the offices of Transcend Psychological and Blossom Counselling.  We offer online booking and direct billing services.  Our massage therapists have completed at least 2200 hours of training and are fully licensed.
