Description
Alana’s journey to massage began in 2016 when she enrolled in the Massage Therapy program at Mount Royal University. Her desire to help others is inspired by her sports background, her passion for empowering others, and her interest in the mind-body connection. She uses a number of different techniques, such as Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release and stretching/strengthening muscles in her treatments to help address several conditions.
