Shirdelah is a Registered Massage Therapy with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy in the Philippines, a Certified Prenatal Massage therapist, and Craniosacral Therapy. She uses various techniques to soothe every client's needs, such as trigger point treatment and deep tissue massage for stress relief and pain relief. She believes massage helps in stress reduction and also helps with physical & mental health. She believes in the healing power of touch. Very particular in every muscle within the body, easily knows where the sensitive areas are to be treated.
