Description
Judy is an honours graduate from the 2200 hour Massage Therapy program at ICT Northumberland College in Halifax. Elected valedictorian by her graduating classmates, Judy also won an award for ‘Outstanding Contribution to the College Community’. Her treatment approach has a wellness focus, incorporating both therapeutic massage and remedial exercise techniques. She is trained in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and myofascial release. Judy is committed to continuous education and has advanced her knowledge in massage therapy with post-graduate courses in neck and spinal injuries
