Jessica is a graduate of the 2200 hour Program at Medix College in London, Ontario, as of May 2013. Shortly after, she completed her board exams and registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. As a massage therapist Jessica incorporates a variety of gentle and deep techniques into her treatments, such as Swedish, stretching, trigger points, scar tissue therapy, PNF stretching and passive movement to achieve the best possible results.
