Description
Sara graduated with honors from the 3000-hour RMT program through the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She has spent most of her life living in the Fraser Valley and appreciates all it has to offer from trail running, hiking and paddle boarding. It is because of these passions that she knows the importance of quality of life, which includes pain-free mobility and proper injury recovery. Sara's passion for health and wellness is what has led her to a career in massage with a focus on deep tissue sports and pre-natal massage.
