Aly is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Mount Royal University and has been practicing massage for the last five years. Some of the techniques she specializes in are: relaxation, deep tissue, myofascial cupping and trigger point release. 
Aly has a passion for people and loves being able to help others work towards their health goals through massage therapy.
