Description
Trisha is diligent with assessing her client’s needs in order to deliver therapeutic treatments to improve each individual’s quality of life by reducing pain, muscular tension and stress through the use of therapeutic massage. She will use assessment, palpation and special tests to create a treatment plan that is designed around your specific injury or condition. She uses a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, trigger point, myofascial, and joint mobilizations, and has special training in hot stone which can be added to treatments.
